Waterhouse Brands
On the waterfront in Marin County, with iconic views of Mount Tamalpais, Waterhouse Brands selected this location to be their Post-Pandemic Headquarters. R&R Design Studio took the clients vision and generated a colorful, strong and alluring design. The client needed a space created which would incentivise Waterhouse employees to return to the “office” post COVID. With a 1600 sq ft blank canvas and a breathtaking backdrop, we were able to design an office that was more like a home away from home.
R&R has created a balanced work + home environment with flexibility, connectivity and productivity as viewed in the photos above. An open floor plan with conference tables for small or large groups. Private one on one Zoom Pods to allow connection with their clients from across the globe. Enclosed meeting rooms with windows and glass walls so the view is never compromised. Tucked to the side is a small kitchen with all amenities needed to keep their employees happy.
With Waterhouse being a branding company, we leveraged their specific brand colors into our design pallet. Vibrant Magenta, Lime Green and Royal Blue are found throughout the space. Using state-of-the-art technology to create flexibility, we were able to build a space that was not only beautiful but highly adaptable. Many Waterhouse employees travel to the headquarters from around the world and this allowed them easy access, day or night.
