Construction + Design Services
We provide full turnkey design services specific for a new build or major remodel for residential, hospitality or commercial projects. We become part of the project’s Master Team of architect, general contractor, and landscape designer.
Through our R&R Systems and Process, we develop with the client, accurate and approved specifications of interior fixtures and finishes that affect architectural plan development and general contractor bidding.
This body of work is used by the architect to finalize plans.
The general contractor is able to level the field in the bidding the process empowering them to develop true budgets to clients without allowances and accurate project timelines.
We research and develop with the client to create a master interior design plan of furniture, art, and accessories for procurement and installation to be move-in ready.
