Monday Bakery
Monday Bakery marries the owner, Sally Geftay’s imagination with her love for classic desserts, her constant creativity, as well as her passion for local ingredients and unique flavor pairings. R&R Design Studio worked with Sally's creativity, and just as she did, we began with a blank canvas.
Our favorite feature of this project was integrating a glass partition that separated the one-of-a-kind upstairs bakery from the public, while keeping the feeling of inclusivity with the glass. The public is able to see the bakers in action as they witness what will eventually make their tastebuds excited!
Using our holistic approach, we created a one of a kind space where Sally felt she could create a high quality food experience for her customers, so they had a reason to always look forward to Monday.
