Founder, Principal and Lead Designer
Rebecca Yudice opened R&R Design Studio in San Diego in 1988 to focus on working with clients, architects and builders to create turnkey projects from the ground up. R&R’s comprehensive design approach was so popular with clients that Rebecca opened a second office in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000.
Specializing in full turnkey luxury residential, commercial and hospitality interior-design projects, R&R Design Studio is known throughout the industry for its comprehensive approach that empowers clients to have a better build experience by collaborating with each of their team members.
LAUREN SCHROEDER
Senior Designer/AutoCAD Department Head
Originally from South Carolina, Lauren built on her lifelong passion for design with degrees in both marketing and interior design. She prides herself on creating warm and inviting interiors where the client feels comfortable and at home. Lauren oversees R&R’s AutoCAD and drawing department, where she prepares visual aids for clients and information for contractors to take a project from start to completion.
Tiana baumsteiger
Business Development Executive
A native to Marin County, Tiana Baumsteiger received her BA in Sustainability and Interior Design from The University of California at Davis. Working on high-level interiors while marrying sustainability is Tiana’s passion within design. She is R&R Design Studio’s Business Developer creating strong partnerships with Realtors, Contractors, Developers and Clients.
